  • Rates quoted are in USD, includes breakfast and taxes.
  • Rooms reservations will be confirmed after receiving full payment by credit card or bank transfer.
  • Your reservations will be made at one of these hotels, you will be informed about your definite reservation closer to the conference dates.
  • Hotel check-in time is 16:00 and check-out time is 11:00. If you would like to check-in before 16:00, please book your room one night prior to your arrival.

Cancellation Policy - Accommodation

Cancellations or changes should be received in writing by the WLNC 2024 Registration Secretariat (DEKON) by fax at +90 212 347 63 63, or via e-mail to registration@wlnc.org. Please do not contact the hotels directly.

  • Cancellations received before or on February 23, 2024 - One night rate will be applied as penalty.
  • Cancellations received on or after February 24, 2024 - no refund

Please note that accommodation refunds will be processed within 30 days after the end of WLNC 2024, bank charges will be deducted from the refund.
In the event of non-arrival, the hotel will automatically release the reservation and full payment will be non-refundable.
